Submit scanned copies of: 10th & 12th marksheets, NEET scorecard, passport copy, passport-size photos, and birth certificate. Our team verifies everything to avoid rejections later.
Once documents are verified, we forward your application to UV Gullas. The university issues an official admission confirmation letter (called I-20 or similar) within 2-3 weeks.
We help you prepare visa documents and book your appointment at the Philippine consulate. Our team guides you on what to say during the visa interview. Visa typically approves in 7-15 days.
We book your flight, coordinate airport pickup in Cebu, and arrange hostel check-in. Once you land, the campus team takes over for orientation. Your MBBS journey officially begins!
From your first call to landing in Cebu: typically 4-8 weeks. Sometimes faster if documents are ready. We work backwards from the academic session start date to plan everything smoothly.
The Philippines academic year typically starts in August/September. We recommend starting your admission process at least 3-4 months in advance (by April-May) to avoid last-minute stress.
You can start the counseling and document preparation while you wait for NEET results. We hold your application until your scorecard arrives.
